Standard Delivery

This service is provided at a flat rate of £4.99 using Yodel, Evri, DPD or UKMail for orders up to 10kg in weight.

Tracking information will be provided by Text/Email with an estimated delivery window

If you won’t be in at the expected delivery time You can now divert your parcel at any point in your parcel’s journey to a neighbour or other safe place.

Larger Items (4kg and above) Up to 20Kg £10.00 for Next Day Delivery.

All orders over £100 and under 20KG are DELIVERED FREE!*

*Geographical Restrictions Apply - Free Shipping not available to certain remote areas, please contact us for details.

If the item is above 20KG a weight surcharge will apply, however, if the order is above £100 the standard delivery charge will be free plus only the surcharge amount

Monday to Thursday

Ordered Before 2.45 P.M. will be delivered Next Day.

Friday

Ordered Before 1.45 P.M. will be delivered Monday.

Ordered After 1.45 P.M. or Ordered on a weekend will be delivered Tuesday.

Under £100 - £10.00** For Next Day Delivery. **ex VAT. Up to a weight value of 20KG

**Larger 13.5l Bottled Water and Bottled drinks orders are not suitable for Courier Delivery and will have to be sent via alternative methods, which is charged accordingly. Please contact us or use the "estimate shipping" option on checkout to confirm shipping costs.

Our Couriers delivery times are between 8am & 4pm and will require a signature on delivery, if no one is available they will return the Parcel(s) to the depot and you will need to make arrangements to collect your item(s). For your convenience you can specify an alternative address or designate a safe place to leave the delivery in the comments box with when placing your order, the courier cannot guarantee delivery during individual business opening hours specified.


Royal Mail Delivery

Items between Up to 2kg can be sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-5 Days). Items above 2kg are not cost-effective to be sent via Royal Mail Signed For and will be sent via our couriers.

Please note that we have no method of passing special requests or delivery instructions to Royal Mail. This is also an untracked service and Royal Mail only provide updates when delivery has been attempted

Due to recent changes in customs regulations please contact us if you require items sent to the Channel Islands PRIOR to ordering. Any orders placed without prior contact for delivery to the Channel Islands will be cancelled and refunded.


Machines Delivery

Please allow up to 48 hours for machines showing in stock. If the machine is out of stock, please contact us for a confirmed delivery date. Larger machines may be charged additional postage, this will however be indicated on the products page. There are no hidden costs.


Out Of Stock Items

We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives - free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal. Certain products are ordered on demand and are not eligible for next day delivery. This is stated in the product description of the affected products. Items that are out of stock are highlighted during checkout and at order confirmation.


Items For Return

If items are delivered in error by Refreshment Shop, please do not open them. Items that have been opened cannot be returned due to food hygiene reasons.

If you have ordered the wrong item, please leave the box intact and contact Refreshment Shop within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your options.

If you have a faulty or missing product, please contact Refreshment Shop direct within 24 hours of delivery.

Items ordered in error, or deemed not suitable or no longer required by the customer may be returned for a refund. These must be returned by the customer at their own expense and in a resalable condition. We will assess on return and issue a refund for the cost of the goods only, no shipping charges will be refunded. If the items are not in a resalable condition then we may adjust the refund accordingly. We can arrange a courier collection of the items on your behalf but the cost of this will be deducted from any given refund, please contact us to arrange.
