Details relevant to any orders will be retained for order tracking, invoicing and VAT purposes. Delivery: For Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only) all orders must be made before 2.30pm Mon - Thur. All orders placed before 2pm Friday will be delivered Monday, after 2pm will be delivered Tuesday. Please see the shipping page for full details. f an order is considered to large, bulky or heavy for Royal Mail services we reserve the right to use our courier service instead to reduce our costs. Product Images and Descriptions: We reserve the right to change the website and products at any time. Including design, functionality, prices and images. Images are for guide purposes only, in some cases colours may differ - check with us if you require a particlar requirement - if the item you are sent does differ from the image or description and you are not happy with the item you will be offered a full refund or replacement as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Product Sell By Dates / Best Before Dates: We always try to ensure our products are sent out with the best dates possible, if you requirement requires longer dates or you would like to know the dates prior to ordering please call our customer service team. Faulty/Missing Goods: If an item is faulty or incorrect, either a replacement or full refund will be offered - Please report problems within 24 hours. If any items are missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to rectify the situation. Items are to be returned at your cost unless they are faulty or not as described on our site. Errors & Omissions Errors and Omissions Excepted (E+OE) – If The Refreshmentshop identify an incorrectly advertised price before or after an order is accepted, The Refreshmentshop reserve the right not to accept or process the order using the incorrect price. The Refreshmentshop will always endeavour to display correct and accurate pricing and discounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.
