roasting method used for this particular Douwe Egberts blend is a
medium roast and contains mainly washed and unwashed Arabica beans with a
small amount of Robusta. The blend composition gives you the coffee
strength and depth, yet has a rounded aroma with a slight strong after-taste. This blend mixes well to create a smooth cappuccino or
latte.
